How To Eat Out And Not Eat Bad Food

Not too long ago I was dragged into a fast food restaurant to eat.Sometimes fast food places are unavoidable, even though I don’t like them. It’s hard to get healthy foods to eat at a fast food restaurant.

The best advice when you are stuck with fast food is to stay away from soda, hash browns, nuggets, chicken patties, breaded fish, and anything deep fried or breaded. The trans fats in all those items are deadly, so beware.

As little as one gram of trans fats each day could be disastrous for your health. Now think about how a typical fast food meal with a chicken sandwich has about ten grams of trans fat! Then add in a pie or a cookie and you’re over 13 grams of trans fat.

Just think about the cumulative effects of trans fat on a person’s health over time. Some people actually eat over 20 grams of trans fat in one day, not knowing that they are destroying themselves.

It’s up to you to take charge of your own health in these situations. Getting back to eating the least evil fast food meal, you should always ask for water rather than a soda. These may not be some ways that show you how to lose weight fast, but they can minimize the danger of fast food.

If you want, you could choose unsweetened tea so you can still avoid the extra belly fat associated with soda.

The best alternative for fast food breakfast is an egg, ham and cheese on an English muffin. A fruit and nut salad is also good for breakfast. At lunch, try a plain cheeseburger, a grilled chicken sandwich, chili, or a grilled chicken sandwich.

Remember, the most important thing is to stay away from deep fried food, soda, and fries.

In the “Super-Size Me” movie, one guy was able to stay healthy while another one’s health was devastated. The biggest difference was that the healthy man never ate soda or fries.

Whenever you are in a fast food restaurant, remember to make the most healthy choices.
